Lanetta Greer, PHD (Licensee/Director) completed her doctorate in Urban Education from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She received both her Bachelors (Psychology) and Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Washington University in St. Louis, MO. Her professional positions have included: Psychotherapist, School Social Worker, Adjunct Professor, Trainer, Author, and Activist. In 2020 Dr. Greer released her new book, 'Aged Out: Narratives of Young Women Who Grew Up in Out-of-Home Care'.

Charles Greer, MSW (Manager): received both his Bachelors(Sociology) and Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has more than 20 years of experience working in Child Welfare. He has 10 years of Management experience. His professional positions have included: Safety Services Manager, Family Life Educator, Ongoing Case Manager, Youth Counselor, and University Professor.

H4H employs a wide demographic of staff. Our Residential Caregivers are awesome, they have a variety of personal and professional experience. They are the primary caregivers of the residents; providing supervision, positive role-modeling, and nurturing. Also they coordinate and lead hands-on Independent Living activities both on & off-site with our youth.
